How It All Began<\/b><\/h3>\n

Chiara first learned about Renoxx Caregivers through a trusted recommendation. \u201cWhen Jake joined the Autism Waiver, we were given a list of providers,\u201d she shared. \u201cI noticed Renoxx was on the list, and a parent of one of Jake\u2019s classmates spoke very highly of them calling them \u2018small but mighty.\u2019 That stuck with me.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

That recommendation combined with the reputation of key staff like Ms. Erica and Ms. Precious gave Chiara the confidence to enroll Jake in Renoxx’s services.<\/span><\/p>\n

A Customized Approach That Makes a Difference<\/b><\/h3>\n

Jake, a vibrant and energetic young boy, faced behavioral challenges that made it difficult for other providers to accommodate him. But Renoxx rose to the occasion.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThey hired Cephas specifically to work one-on-one with Jake \u2014 and she\u2019s been incredible,\u201d Chiara said. \u201cJake needs someone who\u2019s firm but kind, and Cephas is exactly that. The entire team has shown nothing but understanding, compassion, and flexibility from day one.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

What stood out most to Chiara was how responsive Renoxx was to her feedback. \u201cI mentioned in a survey that I didn\u2019t receive a daily update form about Jake\u2019s day and literally the next day, they started sending one home. That level of attentiveness really means a lot.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Positive Changes at Home and Beyond<\/b><\/h3>\n

While the school environment had been difficult due to changing teachers, Kiara noticed that Jake was more regulated, independent, and happy on days he attended Renoxx. \u201cHe\u2019s doing more things at home on his own going to the fridge, getting what he needs and he\u2019s more consistent about it now,\u201d she noted.<\/span><\/p>\n

Even Jake\u2019s educational advocate observed a stark difference: \u201cShe visited Renoxx and told me how wonderful it was. She said Cephas was great with Jake, and that the staff were not only kind but extremely competent.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Three Words That Define Renoxx<\/b><\/h3>\n

When asked to describe Renoxx Caregivers in three words, Chiara thoughtfully replied:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cKindness. Fun. And Teaching.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

She explained, \u201cIt\u2019s not just about providing a safe space. Jake is learning. It\u2019s interactive, engaging, and they truly build on his strengths.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

A Message to Other Families<\/b><\/h3>\n

Chiara\u2019s message to other parents exploring support options was clear:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cLook no further. This is a place for your child. They accommodate a wide range of needs and personalities. They truly build on each child\u2019s strengths. It\u2019s a beautiful thing to see your child accepted fully for who they are.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
