Jessica first learned about Renoxx Caregivers in <\/span>2018<\/b>, when Matthew began working with an ABA therapist through Renoxx. The progress she saw back then made it an easy decision to return when she began looking for additional support services.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI had a good experience with the therapist,\u201d she shared. \u201cThat\u2019s why I chose Renoxx again. I saw how functional and goal-oriented they were \u2014 they made progress.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

From Daily Struggles to Daily Wins<\/b><\/h3>\n

For years, Jessica worked with her son on becoming more independent \u2014 especially around bathroom use. One of the major challenges? Matthew struggled with flushing wipes properly, leading to ongoing cleanup issues.<\/span><\/p>\n

But with the <\/span>Intensive Individual Support Services (IISS)<\/b> through Renoxx, Jessica noticed something shift.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe set a goal to help him become independent in the bathroom. We worked under a routine and stayed consistent,\u201d she said. \u201cNow, he uses the bathroom by himself and throws the wipes in the trash \u2014 no more problems. I\u2019m so happy.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
