Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technician

Position Summary

Renoxx Caregivers is looking for compassionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and related developmental disabilities in the home, community, and school settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide home and community-based individual support to children and adolescents
• Implement goals created and developed by the BCBA
• Assist BCBA to organize social skills groups
• Opportunity to provide respite care

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Reliable form of transportation
• Mobile internet access
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to provide services in the home and community

Minimum Requirements

• Effective time management skills;
• Must pass a criminal background check;
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Credential and active CPR;
• Reliable Transportation and a valid driver’s license & insurance in good standing;
• Must maintain a professional appearance with regard to clothing and grooming;
• Must be physically present at the assigned job location, which may include home, school, and community;
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) and/or Sign Language Proficiency a big plus.

Position Summary

Renoxx Caregivers is seeking qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs and BCBA-Ds) to design, supervise, and implement ABA treatment programs for children, teenagers, and adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. The responsibilities of the BCBA/BCBA-D will include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Intake assessment/re-assessment;
• Data analysis;
• Treatment plan development;
• Report writing;
• Family Training;
• Lead social skills groups
• Supervision of frontline Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians

Qualifications

• Reliable form of transportation

• Master’s Degree
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to provide services in the home and community

Minimum Requirements

• BCBA or actively pursuing a BCBA education and training requirements;
