She has chosen to work with the special needs community because it offers unique challenges and opportunities. Every day she if fulfilled by the knowledge that her work makes a positive impact. Ms. Wang has a master’s degree in economics from Qingdao University. Prior to joining Renoxx she worked in both administration at a medical facility and at an accounting firm. She is a hard worker with a talent for attention to detail. She is a team player and someone willing to help the team whenever needed.

Ms. Nowrangi is a dedicated and organized employee with over 15 years of experience facing challenges enthusiastically to achieve consistent quality. This has given her the opportunity to be part of the healthcare workforce in various capacities. Something that guides Ms. Nowrangi in her daily work is knowing and understanding that though some may not communicate, look, behave in the same manner as we do or have the same abilities as others, that we are “ALL” capable and deserving of a full life. She has an associate degree in nursing from Montgomery College and a bachelor’s degree from University of Madras, India. Her passion for her work has guided the enormous impact her time here has made.

Ms. Osborne has a Masters’s degree in social and behavioral science from the University of Wyoming. She comes to us with over two decades of experience working with adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. She has worked in a variety of areas with in the field including quality assurance, residential services, and meaningful day services. She currently works as the case manager for our Lanham center’s DDA program.
